Have you seen some people type with a different font on Pico? Cheat Engine? NOPE.
Here's how you do it!
1. Control Panel
2. Clock Language & Regions
3. Change Keyboards or Other Input Methods
4. Keyboards and Languages
5. Change Keyboards
6. Add
7. Find Japanese
8. Keyboard
9. Windows (Microsoft) IME
10. Click OK
11. Now Click Language Bar
12. Make sure it says Docked on The Taskbar & Show Text Labels on the Language Bar
13. Click Apply
14. In the bottom right corner there should be the word EN by the clock, click that and select Japanese.
15. Once you do that, you would see a letter below JP. Click that. Select Full Width Alphanumeric.

UPDATE: I found out why it doesn't work for some people. You need an international keyboard or something. Like a Japenese or Chinese keyboard. Too bad for Americans. Well that was at least what someone told me. xD If you find a way please comment.
